1959 Chevy Elcamino street rat hot rod in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania For Sale

If it's still on here, it's still for sale. Will delete when sold. It has 2 frames under it. I'm a very good amateur car builder, and have been building hotrods as a hobby for well over 20 years. What we have here is a xxxx Elcamino body that was set on a xxxx pickup truck frame. The original 59 X frame is welded to the 82 frame. It has a reconstructed title, for that reason only. Fiberglass bed cover opens like a hood and stays up. Floor is completely flat inside (hump removed). Tailgate still opens. Seat is a bench seat fabricated in from a xxxx donor pickup. Needs little bodywork, spots bubbling here and there. But still looks good from a distance. Paint is not perfect, ditto on that. Basecoat/clearcoat with heavy metalflake. Very cool unmistakable ride nonetheless. Everything runs and works well. Passed inspection every year for over ten years. Still inspected. Currently insured with Grundy Worldwide for $18,000 full coverage (including towing) for about $250 a year as a custom 59 Ekcamino. If you don't like the teeth grille, the original is in good shape and goes with it. Also, the piece cut out under the hood scoop goes with it, if you wanna take the scoop off and rivet or weld it back in. The motor is a xxxx 350 4 barrel Edelbrock with manual choke. Turbo 350 3 speed automatic trans with shift kit. xxxx Nova posi rear. Extra parts available for $xxxx (only to the new buyer) which include brand new fenders, doors, and quarter panels.
